It was dirty in the hallways. The elevator didn’t fully work. The data center crews were noisy and drank a lot in the parking lot (I work there as well but have my family). Overall, it was a good stay. I enjoyed it. I stayed there a week to find a house and get my son into school locally. The breakfast staff waited on me, the son and our baby once when we showed up pretty much on waiting their closing time. She even got some things out for us.

It was close to airport as we were flying out early next morning. Website said shuttle didn't start until 5 am. We needed it by 4, so we didn't enquire. Should have as a family was loading into their shuttle a little before 4 am the next morning. We could have used that. Oh well, I should have asked.

We were able to get a last minute booking after our original hotel wasn’t working for us. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff was so helpful with food recommendations for dinner. The hotel had a bunch of baseball players (kids) and their families that night and normally that means lots of noise, however staff asked if we were part of the group and she made sure we’re on a different floor. Plus zero noise could be heard in our room. The beds were comfortable, the ac worked great.

Love this place and rhe staff. Normally stay here when we go back to Iowa. I ended up sick on my last stay and had to cancel my flight and stay another day. One of the nice ladies came.in to get my heat working and knew I was sick. Offered me another blanket and brought it in and even laid it on me knowing how miserable I was. Pool was open, hot tub was hot. Warm breakfasts, great staff. Thanks yall!

Location was good , easy to get to. Breakfast was good and many choices. Breakfast was kept fresh too. enjoyed the Hot tub and pool although a bit too much chlorine. Staff was very nice. it was a holiday so they were short staffed but still attentive.

Breakfast was good. Room was quiet except*. They had my wife's phone charger that she left in the room. Thanks.

A mile & a half from the airport. Was convenient to get there coming in from our late flight. Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Everything worked. They gave me a shuttle back to the airport to pick up our rental car. Would've asked for a shuttle from the airport if I had known they offered that service. Instead, I paid a cab $25 for the mile & a half ride. They offered breakfast that smelled good but we didn't eat. Coffee was good. Check out was smooth

I have celiac disease and there was very few options for me to eat. The eggs were not tasty but I did eat a sausage link. The prepackaged oatmeal was not certified GF and none of the cold cereal options were either. The bagles,bread or buns were not GF. I did eat one of the few over ripe bananas and a yogurt.
